Hello I have a 1969 bronco. Its my first 4×4 project. It is stock bronco with a 194 straight six cyl three speed transmission. The bronco is 100% stock. Iam not looking to build a rock crawler or anything extreme. I would like to lift it to be able to fit 33 tires on it without rubbing. Not sure if I should go with a suspension lift or body lift or both. All iam looking to do is mild mudding/4×4 with the bronco. Like I said this is my first 4×4 so iam new at this. I might want to go bigger with the tire size maybe 35 not sure yet. What do you suggest?

I know you stated the Bronco is 100% stock so I am assuming the fenders have not been cut for flares. The amount of lift you put on it to fit these tires will greatly depend on whether or not you plan to cut the Bronco for flares. If you cut it, you can fit 33′s with at least a 2.5″ suspension lift and 35′s with a 3.5″ lift or higher on the Bronco. If you don’t cut it, then you will have to lift the Bronco quite a bit more to fit the larger tires and it will greatly depend on how wide the tires are and the offset of the wheels whether the tires can tuck in behind the rear quarter panel a bit.
